clinic in Memphis

I'm sorry, Lyme2013, but I had to edit out the name of the clinic in order to protect our doctors. If you wish to receive information about different doctors or places, you must enable your email option through your profile (don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'submit' button) as we don't allow doc's names and info to be posted on here. We are an open forum so anyone with a computer can read these posts - we have so few doc's that are willing to treat us as it is, we don't want to loose any!
