Be sure that you are using the good probiotics - the ones that require refrigeration.
Because we take such large doses of abx for such a long period of time, it's recommended that we take between 30,000 and 50,000 units of probiotics, so I would suggest that you increase your dose. I always liked using Kefir, as it has a lot of other good stuff besides the probiotics - plus it has more strains of the probiotics.
Was your cramping due to taking the probiotics? If so, raise your dose of the probiotics very slowly, allowing your intestines time to adjust.
As for the lemon water, some of us are more sensitive to it, so adjust your "dose" to suit your body.
