Local state support group listing?-Washington

Hello, I am in Washington state and wondering if anyone knows how to locate a listing for support groups?

It is hard being in a state that is very uneducated about lyme.  Of course that's about how it is in general nation and world wide, isn't it?!

I go to a group in Portland, in case you live near it. There used to be a local one, but the leader moved to a sunnier area, which has been a help.
