Hi all,

I have been considering investing in a rebounder/mini trampoline.  I was wondering if any of you have researched, purchased and been happy with your selection.  I am leaning towards the Jump Start brand at this point as it has 7 tensions, no wire springs and appears to be gentle on the joints.  Also recommended on Good Morning America.

Any feedback would be most appreciated.

I use an inversion table and rock on it. I like it because when I hang (never to full up and down) I find it really helps with muscle pains and takes pressure off of my spine.

I am not familiar with an inversion table, but I will take a look on line and see what they are all about.

Here's some information on them. They do cost more then a mini trampoline, but I have found it has helped me a lot. If you have trouble laying flat then this is not for you though
