Has anyone had any experience with this herb, it's supposed to bust the biofilms

that sounds like a horrible disease lol. I clicked on here thinking omg - someone got diagnosed with something named that! Whew - I'm glad none of us have terminalia chebula turn

i do use it as part of triphala. It is one of my would not be without supplements.

Well, for me, I had alot of digestive problems when I started treating and it has definitely helped my digestion. I take 2 caps before each meal and notice if I dont take it for a couple days. I buy in bulk and cap my own to save money.. but I used to take the Organic India brand. When I was first taking it I had constipation and additionally took anywhere from 3-7 caps at night before bed to help. Id tried so many different things to help my gut and constipation issues and it was the first thing that was a game changer. My dr also let me know about turkey rhubarb + glauber's salts.. another aruvedic concoction that has completely put an end to those issues for the first time since I was a child.

I love that the indian saying about triphala is "You do not have a mother? Don't worry, as long as you have Triphala in your life" ;)

I found it on Amazon and it's not expensive. I should try it. I don't have a lot of digestion issues. I am noticing that the bio elim herbal tincture is upsetting my stomach every time I take it.

I think the article I read about Terminalia Chebula stated that it's really good at busting the biofilm and cysts.

I did more reading on it and decided to order. It's not even that expensive. It was the old Indian saying that did it for me tongue

LoveHealth, it is linked to biofilm busting and I consider that a plus. I cant *feel* biofilm busting, ya know. I know that it is also antibacterial.
