My legs and hands are shaking - not a lot but definitely noticeable. I forgot my Banderol and Samento last night but took it this morning. I did experience this a few times before any Lyme treatment though.

Yes,I've had the tremors,at times they were very bad.

Mine were mostly in my hands but sometimes my legs shook,too.

I experienced them throughout my time on Doxy and into my Cowden Protocol but they gradually disappeared,I don't have them anymore.

Many members here have reported having them,they should get better as your treatment starts to kick in.

Hi, I posted a few times about Manganese and Magnesium in the past - using the google search may help you bring up that and other information. I hope some is of help.

Also, did you pick up lYme in So Cal? I'm trying to map where it is out here.

@California Cat - I take both magnesium and manganese already. I can't take as much magnesium as I would like to though because I get diarrhea.

I don't know if I picked up Lyme here or in northern Virginia where I lived until I was 38. I was diagnosed with fibro at 42 which was probably actually Lyme Disease so it could have been either place.

How much Vitamin D-3 are you taking? I've seen it in high doses(5000 IU daily) dramatically help essential tremors in the hands. May not with Lyme though but worth a try.
