If you can find them, buy yourself some young, fresh coconuts. Eat the meat inside as well as drinking the water. This might help you with head pain. Especially if it is related to a lack of a nutrients or dehydration. Taking teaspoons of coconut oil will feed your brain immediately and boost your energy too.
Nutrition is EVERYTHING. If you can make the lifestyle change, eating a raw food diet, that is alkaline, and staying hydrated you will see a massive difference. It is hard. Very hard. But so is taking loads of prescription drugs and forking out thousands on medical care. Eating a raw food diet is actively saving my life.
Detoxing is huge too. If you can do some Gerson therapy methods I recommend that school of thought personally. Milk Thistle is a great herb for detox. Lemons help cleanse the lymph nodes and make the body alkaline. Detox baths and sweat sessions are a life saver.
I'm trying to control Lyme's as all natural as I can. Antibiotics are not the only way to go by the way. It's just what most people with Lyme's do. But for me the side effects of taking high doses of antibiotics are very real and I'm starting to question if perhaps because people like us suffer so much we don't want to accept that there is another, much harder, way to deal with Lymes. And that is ignoring the concept that a raw food diet is "unsustainable". If you can deal with Lymes with herbs, you can certainly do it with nutrition. We just live in this world that even doctors ignore the importance of diet to healthcare. And we think it's just too hard. It's not. Dying and suffering are hard. Nutrition is easy compared to that.
