Headaches from pureed veggies? What the heck??!? Im on a strict diet

Hey,

So I am on a very strict diet, but after I eat mashed cauliflower, or zucchini purred or squash, I get head pressure and almost like sinus symptoms. I dont get it! I cook it with sea salt and black pepper (neither give me problems), and all that. If I ate cauliflower regular in the past and not pureed, no headache that I recall.

I am so frustrated. Mashed cauliflower is so good. Maybe it is my gut?
