Does anyone have horizontal ridges in their fingernails? My thumbnails are really bad. I dont even polish them anymore. Ive read that these ridges can be sign of infection of some sort. Could it be from the Lyme?

I always had beautiful nails, but I get more and more horizontal ridges, they are worse on my thumbnails. I have very strong nails, so they still look ok because they are thick.

they are the worst on my toenails. yup- its the lyme

It could be a sign of Candida (yeast). I have the ridges and my skin really broke out badly on my hand to the point where it hurts. I just tested positive for Candida.

When this is over I'm treating myself to a mani/pedi!

I have these too. I tested negative for candida though, so I think it's from Lyme.

I figured it was this stupid stuff!!

I used to have nice hair as well. Now most of it is gone and the texture is terrible
