It's my 40th Bday and I'm feeling almost 100%

So, I share this because I feel so close to you all - we should all have little photos so we know who we're talking to !!

I'm a bit emotionally uneasy about the last year or so (to say the least, was laying in bed looking back (not smart)....but as far as the infections go, I can tell they're almost all smashed down! I finally have the upper hand.

Thought I'd share - NEVER thought I would make it through ~ much less be almost healed by the end of 2013...

Going to have a blissful day - off to yoga practice to get my mind where my body is.
