Anyone else feeling kind of down lately? I definitely think it is due to the shorter days! I miss the strong sun!

Last week was horrible for me. Worst week I've had in awhile. And that being said my 'worst week' now is a couple of heart palpitations and some joint pain - thats it. :/

I think something was up last week, magnetically - in addition to the full moon. I got lots of emails of folks feeling really wacky. I feel better now!

Do you have anything to look forward to mrs. blue?

The full moon definitely plays a part on feeling worse! Glad you're doing better now! Last week was awful for me, too.

I don't want anyone to be worried! I'm not depressed. The cold weather makes Lyme worse for me. I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I think I really notice the weaker sun and shorter days.

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving - my favorite holiday :)

We're having a few sunny, cold days. I feel better with the brightness and my daughter does better with it too.
