Any body dealing with this? My stomach feels hungry even after I eat. I has done it before when I took erythromycin but not taking it. I liked when I didn't have an appetite.

Revive, yes I certainly can relate to the hunger/no appetite dichotomy-my son has gained a lot of weight these past few months and sometimes I only get the kitchen cleaned up when he asks for more food. I've also read about
it in another place but I've never seen any type of explanation for why constant hunger would be a symptom. Ironically these past two days he's been too tired at night to have any dessert. Normally I'd feel badly for him, but it does help cut down his sugar intake. I am glad you brought up this subject!

my son (four) is so hungry every night, and every morning. He says he just wants to "eat and eat and eat" and doesn't get full.
yet he hasn't gained any weight in the past three months, which is when all the symptoms started.
my husband wonders if he has parasites along with lyme. We've had one visit with the llmd and have another this Thursday. It's something we'll ask about
.
I've read about
others with excessive hunger; seems like a fairly common symptom maybe, so might not be parasites.

Thanks for your responses, thank God it went away. Since summer I have lost about
20 pounds and was happy for it and didn't want the constant hunger make me gain it back.

I think stacestar is right. I had constant hunger, but also extreme vitamin absorption issues that at first I thought was entirely Lyme or Bab/Bart related. My weight and bloating also seemed to fluctuate dramatically too.
After my second and third rounds of parasitic "nuking", this constant hunger disappeared. The bloating and gas was entirely eliminated too.

Yes. I will be ravenous after eating. Last night I ate and ate. Also, I am not gaining weight, but part of it is this strict Lyme diet.
