I'd suggest you get a Lyme literate doctor (LLMD or ND) also, so you don't have to go through the battle to convince your current doctor and so you can get started on treatments sooner. Even if you convince this doctor, he wouldn't have training to diagnose you properly, let alone treat it. You'd be wasting time that you could be using to start healing. You can start a new thread with the subject being "Need LLMD in (your state and city)". Us Lymies don't like to see potential Lymies suffer needlessly.
