I use a Mustard Bath for a foot soak, I also use it in the bath. For me I found it 10 times better than the Epsom salt. You can find it at health food stores and online at Amazon.

Again these are just two of the products I use, I think everyone is different on what works though. I also do hot yoga two-three times a week to really sweat out toxins from being on medication.
