on a wild goose chase

i feel like i'm on a wild goose chase. 

i have not been 100% happy or agreeable with any treatment plans i've recived from any doctor i've consulted with to treat lyme, bartonella, babesia,  

i've seen 3 LLMDs, a nutritionist, an herbalist, a chiropractor since september,  and tomorrow, weather permitting, i am seeing yet another chiropractor to try to develop some sort of 'plan of action'  to get on the path to healing. 

this is getting expensive & exhausting. 

also, i am done with antibiotics, i just cant bring myself to swallow another antibiotic pill :(  i want to switch to herbals, but, the latest chiro suggested i get my body functioning  decently to handle the die off.  he's going to test me & see what support my body needs before starting  anymore treatments ...why hasnt any of the 3 doctors i've seen suggested that?

i hope THIS guy knows what he's doing, because this is getting frustrating

I've just started with a llnd last week. And, just like your chiro, "the latest chiro suggested i get my body functioning decently to handle the die off." my dr is doing just that.

He muscle checks, and this is what I'm needing first. I am on small doses of some herbals but I believe it's for some of my symptoms (hot flashes/night sweats). I go back in 5 weeks and get re-checked. My dr stated it could take months of strengthening my body before we start dealing with lyme/co. I didn't even test positive yet for the lyme using the resonance machine(although I have a positive IGeneX). He said with my being in chronic stage that is normal. It will take time but personally, I'd rather be using herbals than the meds.

Hang in there. Don't give up. I pray this person is the one for you!!! Let us know. We LOVE good news!!

Hi Shelly I did the ceftin 600 mg for 5 months or so and it worked. Also did a couple of months of high dose ammox. You have to kind of play with the disage and find out what works for you. How long were you on meds ? 6 solid months before any significant improvement was seen imho.

I can attest to the detoxing before Lyme treatment. My LLND always does this and it healed my stomach and got things working properly before starting a version of Cowden Protocol. I've been on Samento/Banderol for a month and have seen some improvement. Doctor says it takes usually 3 months to see major improvement. Hope you will find what works best for you!

I've used the poke root, still do once in a while, with good results. It'll keep your lymph glands from clogging up so much as it filters your blood.

Actually, I took mine internally, which can be dangerous as poke is toxic in largish doses, so using it the way Shelly was told - by rubbing in on the skin is much wiser in my opinion.

Depending on what the Practitioner told you, I would want to rub it from ear to ear and from the chin to collar bone, as that's where the most glands are that are closest to the surface of the skin from what I understand.
