Exactly. Buhner says that using several different extraction methods at once will produce the greatest number of compounds out of the herb. Tea is a hot water extraction. Cooling the tea will extract different compounds as the temperature decreases through the range to room temperature. Ingesting the herbs will result in an acid extraction (stomach acid), which will produce yet a different group of compounds.

Where can I read all your recovery journey on your daughter? My son has autism and I know you in autismweb forum. some of the members know Dr Buhner from you and get a great gain on their child. I'm new in herb and already bought the 2 books from Dr Buhner but still very confusing and not sure where to start.
My son is 6 with autism and speech delay, His biggest issues are speech delay and lack of social awareness.
He is a visus kid and found high in arsenic and copper in his blood test.
We already work on ACC, valtrex but want to remove to natural herbs.
He also has low NK cell activity, I want to do something in this part too.
Please may i have some suggestion from you?

Hi Girlir, many thanks for your reply. I'm just wondering if she has any personal blog or somethings similar i could read through. Yes i contact with Julie but i want to know a little bit about herb and Dr buhner's protocol before i have a consultant with her.

May I know is it the latest book from Dr Buhner? any other books are you recommend?

Irene - I'm not sure if you will hear from rowingmom. She doesn't come on the forum very often now that her daughter has healed and they are back enjoying life to the fullest.
