Any LLMDs in, South Caroline, North Florida, South Carolina or Georgia?

I thought I would update this from my previous post as I'm willing to travel to any of these states. Jacksonville is close to me, if there's any llmds there, that would probably work the best for me. I'm getting serious about my health now, and want to see somebody pronto.

In Florida, the cities of Jacksonville and Orlando are preferred.
