Hello everyone,
Wondering if anyone could help me find a Dr that takes Aetna or UHC for lyme treatment. I have an Aetna and wife has UHC for coverage. Called several infectious disease drs and none treat Lyme. Called Shea Medical and the pricing is extremely expense. UHC gave me names of rheumatologist but the soonest appt in is 8 weeks. I am in a lot of pain, and getting frustrated.

Hello and welcome to the forum! People can't post names on the forum, so if you would go to your profile and enable your email address, people will be able to send you names of doctors if anyone in your area knows of one. Not every LLMD takes insurance. I hope you'll find someone to help you.

I would help you, but Im originally from Tucson and Im an Arizona Wildcat fan and you sir are our instate rivals..... Just kidding!

Anyway, hopefully someone will post with some assistance in your area. In the meantime, say hello to the desert for me.
