Sore spot on intestines?

I've been noticing some slight pain on my right side, I think it's my intestine area, so I felt around, and there's an extremely tender spot, feels like a little lump...lymph node size, kind of...but I'm not sure if it's the lump is normal(my whole body feels squishy and bumpy everywhere, so I could just be feeling something muscle isn't covering anymore). Either way, the spot hurts bad when I push it.

Anyone else experience anything like this? Can you Herx from your intestines, cuz I upped my meds a couple weeks ago, and have noticed pains in that area throughout the years.

Yeah I am, and just doubled my dosage of Rifampin.
