We (both my daughter and myself) can't get past about 1/2 dosage due to herxing, but are doing great on that 1/2 dose. We didn't herx with MTHFR supplements, but only felt better.
I rowed 10 km last saturday on the ergometer at a pace of 2 min 15 sec per 500 m. Not too bad for 52 years old. And no pain or fatigue after. Our daughter is Celtic Dancing up a storm!
Everyone is so different. Don't be afraid to experiment a little to see what works.
