I cannot handle it. I am so hot. When I do anything besides just sitting, I get waves of heat pulsing through my body. They get so intense and I'm afraid they are never going to stop. The only relief I get is when I go out in the cold or in a colder room.
These "heat waves" come at the same time every day. Why?? What the heck is causing it?
I went out shopping on lunch for my husband's birthday and I am drenched in sweat now. It's not good considering I have to go back to work and now smell like sweat.
This morning I woke up and my hair was wet! That's how much I sweated overnight. I'm even thinking about chopping off my long hair because I just feel so gross all the time with this sweating.
I mean, anything causes me to get extremely hot. I was stapling papers at work at a reasonable pace and I thought I was going to die. My co-workers gave me paper fans to help me try to cool down.
And when I'm not sweating to death, I am freezing to death.
On another note, we got our infrared sauna yesterday. I sat in it for 10 minutes last night. I was anticipating these waves of heat but nothing happened! What the heck. I do feel a tad bit sore today so I think it did something.
