Sensitive to electronics

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone elses eyes are extremely sensitive to cellphone, computers, tv screens, etc? Fluorescent lighting seems to bother me as well, I've read that it could be from Lyme or heavy metal toxicity.
I have noticed that this symptom is more severe when I'm going through a herx so it must be from Lyme?

My son is very light sensitive, but to sunlight as well as artificial light. Also, it comes and goes.
I hope you can dim your screens? Good luck.

All of my screens (laptop, cell phone, ipad, tv) are dimmed. Lots of after images when in bright light. It also provokes migraine auras.

I can't leave any device on standby at nighttime. Even when the device is in another room than my bedroom, I can hear it buzzing. I can't even have an electric alarm clock, keeps me up all night. My alarm clock is my cell phone switched off.
