Hi guys, I am happy to say I am seeing some improvements! Just wanted to share the good news and maybe help others.
I changed exercise. Instead of doing something 45-60 minutes a few times a week, I am doing something for 30 minutes a day. I think this is helping in a few ways. I don't get as exhausted, which helps me to not dread exercise. I used to exercise daily (running and the gym) before Lyme, and I beat myself up for not doing that anymore. I had the shift where I decided to treat myself the way I would treat another person. I'd never put down someone else for not being able to exercise, so I should not do that to myself. I think exercise daily is helping heat up my body and kill off some extra spirochetes on a more regular basis!
I am drinking lots of fresh green vegetable juices. I think this is helping detoxify the liver as well as getting lots of vitamins and enzymes. I still love to eat vegetables, and juicing is a nice bonus.
Thanks for letting me share - it's exciting :)

Aww bluebyyou, that's great to hear!
It's definitely inspriational! I can't wait to have the energy to do some exercise again, even if it's just light stuff.
So happy for you!

WONDERFUL! I'm with you on the green juice and boy oh boy...it is cleaning my body out! But I am going to take what you're doing and have a daily regiment. Sometimes I am so tired at night...but last night I worked out and thought about
those who couldn't...I forced myself because I can work out and one day those who can't will join us and be anle to do the same.
Keep juicing. What greens do you juice? Care to share recipes????

Thank you!
Wryter, I'm so glad you're juicing! I use romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, parsley, celery, lemon, cucumber, and a little knob of ginger. My friend recommended throwing a lime in, too -gotta try that! :)
