I think you will have to clarify a bit. I am unsure what your question is. I saw you have been off the forum for 3 months and a few months back you were kind of in the same boat as being unsure of what to do. If you think you have lyme, you should get evaluated by a lyme literate physician or naturopath. At that point you can choose what program works best for you whether it is cowden, byron white, jernigan, buhners. Those are all different lyme protocols. Unfortunately, what works for one does not work for the other and really only you can make that decision.
