Hi again,

I apologize for posting a new thread, but wanted to share what I just found about about my test results.


Bartonella Henselae IgG and IgM, both negative. And also B. Burgorferi Immunoblot IgG and IgM both negative as well.

I was more concerned about scratch cat disease.

Now we have to look into other diseases. Lupus and Sjogren are next to be checked! I have dry mouth and eyes, and Sjogren affects the salivary glands... I am tired of not knowing what is wrong with me...

hmmm... I don't know. The co-infection tests are SO unreliable .My LLMD doesn't even use the tests because of this. He treats based on symptoms.

Also, I know I am wrong in saying thing, but I firmly believe diseases like Lupus and fibro are usually 90% Lyme disease.

My husband and I both suffer from very dry eyes. We have Lyme and Babesia.

My Bart test was negative yet I'm almost positive I have it (rashes of all kinds including cat scratch rashes, throat on fire brought on by Rifampin, shin, rib and sole pain when treating with anti-Bart herbs, etc.) The test more often than not misses it. The only lab that's decent is Galaxy Diagnostics in NC because they do a triple blood draw. The rest are pretty worthless unless you get lucky.

I was tested for sjogrens too, but I don't know my results yet. I do have lyme though. I joked with my husband for the past two and half years, I think I have sjogrens, I feel like I have sand paper on the inside of my eyelids.

The Lyme Literate Doctor that I am seeing told me that he is writing a book about fibromyalgia and how he believes that 95% of fibromyalgia cases are actually undiagnosed chronic Lyme disease. Well, considering the unreliability of Lyme disease testing, it wouldn't surprise me! He needs more solid evidence to support his hypothesis before he can submit the book for publication though.

I'm currently awaiting my Bartonella test results... So if it shows up negative, what are the chances that I have it anyway?
