Okay, sorry, one more question about a symptom...

Last night while giving my son a bath, I went to get up off the floor and I had a shooting/stabbing pain in my lower left side back directly under my rib cage. So in the soft tissue directly under the rib. I've had this a few times and it brings me to my knees and takes my breath away. I've read somewhere that this can be associated with lyme but wondering if any of you have had this pain?
I've had many blood tests done, checked liver and kidney function, ekg's, X-rays, MRIs, etc. So far nothing can explain that pain...
