When is it necessary to start IV treatment ,,,, please help with this question

I've been dealing with really bad pain thoughout my body for some time now. A new systom that has started is my hands shaking. This really brought on some concerns for me! I'm on doxy, but wanted to know IV treatment may be necessary?

Which doctor are you seeing? I would def run it by your doc. I will be starting IV soon, I hope. Just waiting to get a confirmed positive Lyme test then will fight my insurance (short 1 band for a + test but all the symptoms point to Lyme)

We know everyone is different, but I'd talk to your Dr. I did 6 months of oral abx and felt worse and worse. I've been doing IV's and orals for 2 months and am feeling better and better! Good luck!
