I don't know why the probiotic companies keep adding things like fructooligosaccharides to their probiotics; those things are bad news for me.
First, I thought it was the s. boulardii, but when I started taking it without the MOS, and I stopped all probiotics with added FOS, things seemed to get better.
Kombucha also gave me problems, but kefir and sauerkraut worked fairly well for me (though I have to be careful with dairy).
I think s. boulardii is better assimilated than other prebiotics.
regardless, I'm still having problems, and I think I'm going to have to buckle down, and get another fecal transplant.
