Hope everyone is doing well today.
So I had a little brain fart moment, for the past 3 weeks...
My doctor told me about not taking doxy with any dairy product or anything containing calcium.
I don't have dairy products, so I thought I was in the clear.
Usually every morning I have a smoothie with almond milk in there and take first doxy dose . Low and behold, almond milk has the same amount of calcium as dairy milk! I have switched it up so I am not having my smoothie with doxy. But I am finding it hard to avoid calcium in my food. For instance, I have been making eggs for breakfast instead and of course they have calcium in there.
Is there a threshold for the calcium content that can be taken with doxy? Or is it a absolute zero content type of thing?
