New co-infection for me - Rocky Mountain Spotted fever!

Just got back from a long trip to see a new lyme doctor - doing bee venom and herbs and supplements now along with accupuncture, and had scars injected with procaine to help remove blocks to healing - very energy-based medicine.

According to my autonomic response testing (muscle testing) I have lyme & bartonella as previously thought (been going through all of this for 10+ years) but instead of EBV and mycoplasma being mixed up in it, this new doctor is saying I'm testing positive (energy testing) for RMSF too! This is definitely news to me after years of going through this and several thorough LLMDs.

Can anyone give me any information about this particular infection? Searching it quick led to some scary stuff - I guess I'm kinda hoping that when it's thrown in the mix with lyme and in a more chronic form the symptoms are a little more mild and a little less life-threatening! Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Glad it looks like you are on a good path. Our bestie trav has dealt with RMSF so she would be a good resource. I hear that is a tough one. I'm really interested in the apitherapy.

Muscle testing worked really well for me, I hope you also have success with it!

Well, I'm glad you are finding the answers you need!! While I did deal with RMSF at the age of 7 - the acute form with very high fevers and all - I also tested positive for it in 2008 & 2009.

There is actually very little information on chronic RMSF though, and most of it is because they were looking for a cause for other things and found that the person was positive for RMSF, not that RMSF caused the other condition. eyes Very frustrating!!

I won't be of much help though - I seemed to have healed from chronic RMSF somewhere along the way, but I don't know which treatment helped the most!
