Hi Girlie!
That sounds like a good plan! Taking things in hand before getting your results.
You started detoxing, that is a good thing. Like Maine said, it's better to use a straw if you are planning to drink a lot of lemon water. If your muscle twitching gets worse, it could be caused by the lemon water. Just a note ![:-)](/community/emoticons/smile.gif)
Are you taking Magnesium? That would be a good one to add to your protocol if you haven't yet, cause you sound well prepared ![:-)](/community/emoticons/smile.gif)
Yes, the dry skin brush can hurt the first time, you don't know how hard to brush and one can get over enthusiastic - lol.
Japanese Knotweed (this plant contains very high amounts of Resveratrol): it has many indications: it is antimicrobial and antiviral, it decreases the viscosity of the blood (better bloodflow to/in organs, Buhner says it kills Borrelia and anti-inflammatory, and it is a powerful antioxidant. There is a LOT of information on the internet about this herb. I have been taking it for about a year now.
@ rnbelle, I don't know if you have gone through the 'New to Lyme? ... Start here!' thread on top of the Lyme page. You can find more detoxing methods there. You can start intense detoxing before starting treatment.
I can't help you find the best brand of probiotics, cause I'm not in the US...
Good luck Girlie! Let us know how it goes and also keep us updated on your test results!!
