What's your body temperature at?

Just curious to know if anyone checked their body temperature lately? This is an issue I have always wondered, right when I first got sick back in December and January and even February, I had terrible cold intolerance and my body temperature would always be low, from 35.5-36.5 degrees Celsius. I'm Canadian so I'm used to using celcius but basically 37 is normal body temperature of a healthy person. I'm so happy my body temperature measured today is 37-37.2 so I'm feeling better! Does anyone know why Lyme does this? I'm thinking it's because it messes with the hormones and caused a lack of thyroid hormone release? I know cytokines disrupt the normal function of the hypothalamus. Wondering about other peoples body temperatures and what they think it relates to?

Mine is 96 .4 at the moment. Doesn't go above 97.

Most pathogens proliferate better at a lower temperature and a lower pH. Over their eons of evolution, the pathogens have developed ways to trick our immune system into lowering our body temp and pH. That's why exercise is beneficial because it can help raise the temp and increase blood flow (more oxygen and immune response.)

Until I got my thyroid addressed I ranged between 96-97ish. My hands were absolutely freezing. Now I'm in "normal" range. I'm so glad, because going through peri-menopause, bart, bab, lyme, thyroid and probably adrenal issues, I was a hot/cold temperature mess.
