That's a very interesting article. I know about several things mentioned in it, but there were some new ones. The fermented vegies are too strong for me, maybe due to my alcohol allergy. I'd like to do it some day since food is the best source of things for ones gut, in my opinion. There are probably other unknown factors that are in them and helping people. There's a large Weston Price group here and they do a lot of fermenting.
