I travel quite a bit for work, on airplanes, and have cut down a lot of it since becoming sick. I have noticed, however, that when I fly I seem to get a flare in symptoms and I feel worse both on the plane and sometimes after we land. Since borrelia hates oxygen, I'm wondering if the bacteria finds the pressurization of 10,000 feet (less oxygen and typical for most planes) to be beneficial and it comes out of hiding a bit.
Does anyone else have this?
