Heart Issues Esculating

I've had the hard, painful heart palpataions for years, and some of the beat skipping stuff, but it's all the time now. Day in and day out, night and day. It's worse at night, though, especially lying down flat and on my left side.

I've had an EKG (?) two months ago in the pcp office, but showed nothing. No surprise. Was scheduled with a heart doc but canceled. I'm pretty tired of dr's dismissing my many symptoms and just fig this person wouldn't find anything, or even know what/how to look for what is going on.

I do have an appt July 30 with a new, to me, LLMD, but wondering what, if anything, I could do now to help get some relief.

If I go to the heart doc, anything to say or ask that would be helpful?

Hawthorne tincture will stop arrhythmias. Cayenne pepper is also good for the heart

My husband is dealing with the same thing, been to a few different heart specialists but didn't find anything till recently it showed on an EKG, it a bundle branch block, an electrical problem but didn't tell him anything but to exercise, don't eat red meat and drink a glass of red wine every night.

Can be annoying especially at night, hang in there, hopefully with more treatment it will go away.

I had some heart palps myself but after 4 months of treatment they are finally gone, get a skipped beat every once in awhile but nothing like it was.

Magnesium also essential...magnesium citrate good for helping with regularity.

With no dr to help me with this to get any meds, I can only do natural.

Is using Alka Seltzer Gold that has magnesium good for this? Or is that the wrong kind of magn?

Since this is only getting worse it's scaring me silly. And I know that stress isn't my friend. Just noone I know gets how devistating and stressful all of this is, and how it FEELS to have so much going on inside the body and mind. Like so many on this site have said time and again, "Unless they have it, they won't/can't get it."
