The following is what I take for supplements:
1. Probiotic, HMF forte, but just switched to a 7 in 1 type.
2. Meriva-500, concentrated curcumin. I take 4 pills a day. This makes me feel much better and reduces the fire feeling I get from these infections.
3. A good quality multi-vitamin is essential. To detoxify & support the immune system.
4.Ashwagandha. Is for adrenal support and fights fatigue. I think you can also use Eleuthro for this as well (Siberian Ginseng).
5. Concentrated coconut oil. For anti-yeast, also provides the body with energy and the brain with energy too. BUT does NOT feed the bugs like sugar does. Also it has monolaurin in it which causes spirochetes and some other pathogenic bacteria to fall apart.
6. I also take co-q10 which I just started this week and Alpha Lipoic Acid for nerve antioxidant.
7. Also taking genuine health daily detox. (for detoxing)
I was taking others like NT factor (for mitochondria), Greens Plus, and a few others, but I decided to cut them down this week.
So my recommendation for you is to get a good quality:
1. Probiotic.
2. Multi-vitamin.
3. Adoptogenic herb. (ashwagandha or eleuthro is best)
4. Cytokine distruptor/antioxidant. (curcumin or knotweed is best, but there are other options like ecgc or quercetin)
These 4 I think essential for recovery from this! Also if you are having trouble sleeping, you will need to add something for that.
