What helps me is to take 2 phosphatidyl serines in the a.m. with 1 rhodiola, and an aswaganda. Take another ashwaganda at bed time. Take melatonin 1 hour bf sleep.
All of that helps. I don't know about your head. That is mostly likely brain inflammation, and I've heard Jernigan's CNS formula helps, although it isn't helping me right now, but then, I've just gotten over viral meningitis.
