What's best way to treat some neurological symptoms of lymes?

Symptoms include: Sensitivity to noise and lights (especially in the dark), wooziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, weakened muscles, joint pain especially in the neck, sudden fear of heights, a quick "I've been stuck by a pin" feeling, etc.

I'd say the best way known to treat neuro lyme is to use minocycline + tinidazole. Also biaxin is another good antibiotic for neuro Lyme.

I used a combo of minocycline +tinidazole + septra DS + plaquenil and I saw a huge improvement in 6 weeks.
