I have not been on any doxy now for three months,pc will not treat me because my Lyme test was neg.I am really sick but have app with llmd at end of Nov.In the meantime how much mag should I be taking?Also what about
msm

MSM would be a personal choice, but magnesium is something we all need because the ground that our food is grown on is deficient in magnesium so we can't get all we need any longer from food sources only.
The best way to get the proper amount of magnesium for your body is to slowly raise the dosage until you get diarrhea, then back down until the diarrhea goes away and that is the right dose for your body. This is called 'to bowel tolerance'.
I would also suggest that you start detoxing and getting into routines with it. This will remove some of the toxins that you already have and get your body ready for treatments, which cause more toxins to be created as the bacteria dies.
