Anyone tried ZZZQuil to Sleep?

A friend recommended this. Never knew it existed. Anyone have any success with it? I'm currently taking 5 to 10mg of Ambien to sleep and would love to switch to an OTC product. So far nothing else natural has worked.

I have tried it. For me it didn't work but I have been on Unisom sleep tabs the little blue oval pill for years and out of other things I try it's the only thing that works for me. I'm sure ZzzQuil does work but just not for me.

Unisom looks like it has double the same drug as ZZZQuil. Thanks for the reply.

It does. The strange thing is that only the Unisom tabs work for me. I have taken the sleep gels or the off brand Unisom and neither work. It is very strange and I have no idea why but I use what works for me. That is why I said it probably does work, just not for me.
