Yes, I hate that feeling.
I've been tired and wired for years. Plus, I can't get much accomplished, so my "to do" list keeps getting bigger and bigger, and I keep thinking there is all this stuff I need to get done.
That doesn't help either.
My mind is agitated, and sometimes I get panicky.
I have trouble napping too. I think I might try the dark room thing.
When I get too tired, I just go to bed and close my eyes, or do a little reading or watching Netflix.
