I agree with Girlie - very important to treat the Lyme and then take supplements for sleep. I found that any kind of drug to help me sleep just wouldn't work. I take Ashwagandha morning and early afternoon, and then at bedtime L-theanine 200 mg, GABA 750 mg, 5-HTP 100 mg, magnesium 500 mg and melatonin 10 mg. 9 nights out of 10 I'll get a decent sleep out of this. If I'm anxious about anything or there's a full moon approaching - there is no sleep to be had. Sleep is so important. No sleep means increased pain for me so I'm constantly looking for the magic combo to grant me sleep.
Hope some of this can be of use to you.
