Trav - no, I didn't overdo my physical activity.
And what's strange with me, is on the days I exercise..even if i do a little more than usual..I don't seem any worse...even the next day. I don't seem to feel worse on my more active days...or following them.
I'm just thinking that if the supposed "pinched nerve" was really the start of my lyme symptoms...and that it was a herx.
I'm finding the biaxin I'm taking to be quite aggresive...from what I can tell... - since taking it, it's the first time I have had that good of a day.
Today, the same area on my back isn't hurting...so at this point it doesn't seem to be something coming back permanent...so again, I'm thinking/hoping herx.
I'm off to my chiropractor a little later.
Healing98 - how long have you had symptoms? When my back/shoulder blade/neck area symptoms were really hurting me (for several months) - nothing worked for the pain. I assumed it was because it was nerve pain...and I wasn't wanting to go on Lyrica or the Gabapentin.
Thank you Lovemychildren - I am feeling better so far today.
Good luck Happyjo with the job!
