Best Lyme treatment centres in the US?

Hi there!
I have recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease. I am an Australian , which unfortunately means that I will struggle to find experienced and knowledgeable doctors to treat me. So I am traveling with my mum to the US (I'm a minor). Was wondering about the best treatments that include holistict approaches , other than just antibiotics , which I have heard isnt always successful. The Washington/Seattle area would be great , but we are completely open to anywhere at all.

Hi Ivee,

I'm very sorry to hear about the lyme disease. There are some practitioners (natural) that can work with you overseas. An LLMD though would probably require you to be in treatment over here for a few months at a minimum.

In general I do not recommend the treatment centers because they are very expensive. There are a few that some have had success with and others have spent tens of thousands of dollars on other clinics with very little results.

There aren't many in the Washington area, but there are a few who do alternative treatments, one of which I go to. See who others suggest in other states and let me know if you want the name of mine or the others I know of here.

I'm sorry you have to travel to another country to get help. I hope you find someone good for your needs right away.
