help with my order, please?

I'm wanting to order burbur and or pinella, alka seltzer gold, and a good quality avena sativa tincture.
iHerb has the nutrimedix (sp?) burbur, pinella and alka seltzer gold and several options for avena sativa.

Are any of these ones good? It would be great if I could get all of my needs from one source. Or does anyone know a different one from iHerb that is better?

Gaia herbs - certified organic wild oats milky seed
Herb Pharm - oat seed (there's an alcohol free option)
(Both are tinctures)

Both of those companies are reputable and the ratio of dried herb is likely identical.
