That is called a cherry angioma. It is caused by insulin bursts or hyper insulinemia. This often occurs from problems with sulfur toxicity and often relates to a CBS699T upregulation. My hypothesis is that pathogens like protozoans cause a single nucleotide polymorphism to that gene and it increases their chances for survival. I also believe they cause mutations to the VDR's which suppresses our innate immune system and this is what prevents us from getting well. Simple test, have your physician test levels for both 25-D and 1,25-D. If the ratios are skewed, your VDR's are blocked and supplementing will not benefit and could be harmful.
