This stuff works better than the store-bought version!!

Squeeze one half to a whole lemon into a glass of water. Add a tsp. of baking soda. Wait until it stops fizzing before you stir it, and make sure you leave some room at the top of the glass in case it foams up.

I don't remember where I found this recipe, but on the internet site, the author said to take liposomal glutathione with it. I haven't done the latter yet.

Try it, and tell me what you think?

Has anyone tried this? I read another post about mannitol in the alka seltzer gold and it can produce tummy troubles for some.

i got here, trying to buy alka setzler gold in germany, after i couldnt find it, i thought i search for a recipe to make it. and wow. i know this we call it soda voda in my family. this is a very old recipe, some of the older generations know it. even the grandma of my grandmother was making this and when i was little i was watching my mom drinking this and i wasnt sure why she do that. helps a lot for alkalising the body, im glad i saw its a recipe i know because i also want to detox with liposomal gluthatione and alka setzler gold, but i couldnt find it in germany so i thought i make it my self, and wow smile its something i used to drink years behind. thank you for mentioning this !

Interesting! I've been using lemon essential oil in my water to avoid the acid. I'm wondering if that would work with this recipe.
