www.lduc.org/lyme-disease-resources With you mentioning the other changes in your test results, it could just be "normal" (as if anything is normal with these infections) fluctuations in antibodies being produced while fighting these infections. This is why it's not supposed to be used to tell how well someone is doing with treatments -the results are not very reliable as they only measure the immune systems' response to the infection - not the bacteria levels or anything else useful.
