I hope that your tinnitus disappears once your Lyme is completely eradicated.

As I mentioned in your other thread, I do hope you take a good, hard look at your recent thyroid labs and, if you haven't had any done, I suggest that you do....and make sure the right tests were/are run - FreeT4 and FreeT3.

Hypothyroidism is a common cause of tinnitus and Lyme is known to cause hypothyroidism (that might be temporary but requires treatment).

Heck, if you *do* have hypothyroidism, that could be what is interfering with your complete healing. All of the books I've read by LLMD's (Drs. B, H, S, and F) mention the importance of healthy thyroid levels to promote healing.

Well, my tinnitus was very minor once I healed, and now it's baaaaackkk!!! With a vengeance some days like today! But my pain levels are up as well, and I think that they work together somewhat for me.

I haven't found anything yet that does much, although when I run out of turmeric and don't get around to filling the caps for close to a week, I know that my tinnitus is much worse - so be sure that you are doing all you can to control the inflammation.

So I guess you missed the part that the study was done on AIDS patients???
