I've done the 23andme and wish I had done it before I had specific (also limited and and expensive) MTHFR tests done. It's comprehensive, inexpensive, fairly quick and mostly confidential if you want it to be (I think we talked about that previously). Most people have been pleased so far with the other services that interpret the data you get from 23andme.com. It's the next step of supplementing for your specific mutations where I think things get a little complicated for some.
